DigiOpen DMR18S door station with built-in proximity reader and a keypad, two-in-one, so that residents can open the door lock either with an RFID fob/card or password via keypad from the outside. It has 3-inch TFT screen with scrolling information for first time visitors telling them how to contact an apartment. Doorbell voice function tells visitors if the door is open, or a resident is unavailable- very useful for visually impaired people. This door station is digital meaning number of apartments can be increased or decreased if necessary. Scrolling info on the screen can be amended via SD card. Inside the apartments, residents will have an Avro 4.3-inch monitor in acrylic glass ice white finish. System can be connected to the Internet for divert video calls to a smart phones and cloud storage of videos of all visitors
