System can be connected either 'Daisy Chain' ot 'Star' whatever is more convinient. See here: Connection Diagram

Connection via "Star" requires an additional hub DBC-4 Distributor. One per 4 x Video monitors

 

• DBC4A1 Distributor - you will need one of these for each 4 x monitors if you want to connect monitors in star connection rather than daisy chain

• DBC4R Distributor - you will need one of these if you want to connect your monitors in mix connection: some star and some others- daisy chain. Up to a maximum 8 monitos can be connected to one DBC4R distributor

• SCU CCTV Interface - you will need one of these for each 2 x CCTV cameras you want to add to the system. Maximum of 4 x SCU per system

• CCTV cameras - analogue CCTV cameras allow you to monitor your property. Up to 8 x CCTV per system supported

• TPS Telephone Interface or GSM Interface- with this devise you can forward calls from your door station to a mobile phone. You can talk and even open the door via mobile phone!

• Door Strikes and Bolt Locks - electric locks which you can open via your monitor

• Exit Buttons - You will need one of these inside your property if you have an electric lock

• Proximity Key Fobs and Proximity Cards - you will only need these if you add Proximity Reader

• Desktop stand in white For mounting on entrance desks or in entrance halls

 

This system transmits video and audio through the power cable. No Polarity connection

• Recommended cables:Unscreened twisted pair, power flex multi-cores, speaker cable, CAT5/CAT6

• Minimum requirements 0.5mm cable up to 2mm (depends on distance)

• Working distances up to 150 metres between doorbell camera and power supply and another 150m between power supply and monitors
